Wikis and Blogs
Wikis are websites that allows collaborative editing of its content and structure by users. Blogs are websites usually run by individuals or small groups that have the ability to allow for conversation between users. There are many different platforms (websites that exist to "host" your Wiki or Blog) that you can use and they share most features with some minor variations, mostly in terms of their interface (what you see when you look at the website). Below are two tutorials. One on Wikis and one on Blogs.

Weebly
This webpage was made using Weebly. Weebly is a web-hosting service that allows users to "drag-and-drop" while using their website builder. You can see what the results are just from looking at this site. This site can allow users to interact through the forums at the bottom of the page. It functions more like a Blog than a Wiki, but allows collaboration in the form of discussion and the ability to add new content. There are many other providers that are similar. From their homepage they have a very good tutorial. Free at basic level.
